A grand slam in the top of the tenth dropped the Billikens to 28-19 overall and 9-9 in Atlantic 10 games this season. Leadoff hitter Aaron Case was 2-for-3 in the game with a home run and matched a school-record with three hit by pitch.
Saint Louis rises to 28-18 overall and 9-8 in Atlantic 10 games with a 4-3 victory over Richmond at the Billiken Sports Center. The Spiders had the go-ahead run at first base in the top of the ninth with two outs, when a ball was ripped up the first base line. A backhanded snag from SLU first baseman Nick Reeser sealed the win for SLU.
