Saint Louis head field hockey coach Danielle Baumgardner has announced two camps to be held at Sportport International. On March 11, the Billikens host the Elite Clinic aimed at student-athletes in grades 9-12. On April 23, SLU hosts the Spring Clinic, which is designed for girls aged 12 and above. Saint Louis field hockey camps are open to any and all entrants, limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender.

Saint Louis Field Hockey wrapped up its 2016 schedule with a 7-0 loss at Richmond. The defeat drops SLU to 2-14 overall and 0-8 in Atlantic 10 contests.

Hanna Smith, Alison Pinnock and Jess Dunlap have two goals, while Maya Bentley, Sophia Cheever and Katie Moss have one goal apiece for SLU this season. In goal, the Billikens have Jessie Bryan (73 saves) who has played 535 minutes and MeMe Dawson (33 saves) who has played 445 minutes. Dawson has started the last four contests for SLU.
Saint Louis field hockey fell to Saint Francis 3-0 in the 2016 home finale. The Billikens outshot the Red Flash 9-7, outdrew them in corners 8-4 and had more saves in the game (two to one). The loss drops SLU to 2-12 overall and 0-6 in Atlantic 10 matches.
