CINCINNATI - Saint Louis and Xavier split the singles matches, but the Musketeers captured the doubles point and defeated the Billikens 4-3 in women's tennis action Friday afternoon.

Singles winners for Saint Louis were Stephanie Hollis at No. 2, Brooke Urzendowski at No. 4 and Maria Toro Moreno at No. 5. Hollis turned away Daniella Patton 7-6, 6-1, Urzendowski came from behind to oust Kally Alkire 2-6, 6-4, 6-2, and Moreno was a 6-4, 6-3 winner over Lizzie Oosterbaan.

Jenny Nalepa and Mia Elmore defeated Alkire and Katie Pleiman 8-3 at No. 1 doubles, but the Musketeers (14-5) won at Nos. 2 and 3 to take a 1-0 lead.
