Saint Louis (1-0) welcomes Santa Clara (1-0) Wednesday for a 7 p.m. matchup at Chaifetz Arena. The game will be televised on FOX Sports Midwest, with Pat Parris and Scott Highmark on the call.

>> Junior forward Dwayne Evans posted game highs of 21 points and eight rebounds against USC Upstate.

>> The Billikens shot 51.9 percent from the field and hit 19 of their 22 free-throw attempts.

>> Senior forward Cody Ellis (15 points) and junior guards Jordair Jett and Mike McCall Jr. (14 points apiece) also scored in double figures for the Billikens.
>> Jett added game highs of five assists and three steals.
