ST. LOUIS– Several Saint Louis University women's soccer student-athletes had an opportunity to meet members of Chelsea FC when the club held a training session May 21 at SLU's Robert R. Hermann Stadium in preparation for its May 23 friendly against Manchester City at Busch Stadium.

“It was a privilege and a thrill to be able to watch one of the world's best teams up close,” Billiken head coach Katie Shields said. “The Chelsea players were very approachable and were kind enough to speak with our players and pose for a few photos. We appreciated and enjoyed this rare opportunity.”
