Dwayne Evans to Participate in Reese?s All-Star Game

ST. LOUIS – Saint Louis senior forward Dwayne Evans has been chosen to participate in the 2014 Reese's College All-Star Game, as announced today by the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC).

The All-Star game is set for Friday, April 4, at 4:30 p.m. (CT) during Final Four festivities at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The game will be telecast on tape delay on Saturday, April 5, at 11 a.m. (CT) on CBS.

Evans will play on the East All-Star Team, coached by Maryland head coach Mark Turgeon. Atlantic 10 Conference players Juvonte Reddic (VCU) and Halil Kanacevic (Saint Joseph's) join Evans on the team.

Evans, who helped the Billikens to their third straight NCAA Tournament appearance and the A-10 regular-season championship, finishes his career ninth all-time at SLU in scoring (1,499 points) and fourth in rebounding (942 rebounds). This season, he led the team in scoring (14.0 ppg) and was named first-team All-Conference for the second year in a row.
