BILLIKENS SEEK RECORD-TYING VICTORY WEDNESDAY
--The Saint Louis Billikens (17-5, 7-2 Atlantic 10) try to rebound from just their second loss of the conference season when they face Richmond (9-12, 2-6) Wednesday, Feb. 3, at Chaifetz Arena. The Billikens and Spiders tip at 11 a.m. as Saint Louis hosts approximately 3,000 local elementary and middle school students for the sixth annual “Billiken Books and Basketball” field trip.
--The Billikens would tie two Saint Louis women's basketball records with a victory – total wins (18) and conference wins (eight).
--SLU is in fourth place in the A-10, trailing George Washington (9-0), St. Bonaventure (8-1) and Duquesne (7-1).

TICKETS AT CHAIFETZ ARENA
--Tickets for all women's basketball home games at Chaifetz Arena can be purchased at the gate, by phone at (314) 977-4SLU, or online at www.SLUBillikens.com.
--Single-game tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for youth 18 and under.
--Groups of 20 or more receive discounted tickets for $4 apiece.
--Students with a valid SLU ID card receive free admission.

FOLLOWING THE BILLIKENS
--All Saint Louis women's basketball home games – except the nationally televised game vs. Davidson Feb. 15 – are video streamed free of charge on www.SLUBillikens.com. Jeff Vernetti handles play-by-play duties.

ABOUT THE BILLIKENS

--Stipanovich (6.1 rpg) and Denisha Womack (5.9 rpg) are the team's leading rebounders. Stipanovich leads in offensive rebounding (2.3 orpg).
--Kemph is the Bills' leader in assists (6.8 apg, seventh in the nation).
--Price tops the steals (2.1 spg), assist-turnover ratio (2.54-to-1) and 3-point field goals (28) lists.
--Maddison Gits leads Saint Louis in field goal percentage (.529).
--Aaliyah Covington shoots a team-high .415 from 3-point distance.
--Saint Louis averages 71.6 points while allowing 61.2 points per game. The Billikens shoot 42.6 percent from the field and 74.1 percent from the free throw line.

ABOUT RICHMOND
--Richmond has lost three straight and six of seven since opening the A-10 schedule with a win at La Salle.
--The Spiders were 19-14 and reached the WNIT second round a year ago.
--Richmond averages 56.3 points and allows an average of 60.5 points per game. The Spiders shoot 36.3 percent from the field overall, 31.2 percent from 3-point range and 64 percent from the free throw line.
--Senior guard Lauren Tolson, the Spiders' second-leading scorer (13.4 ppg) and third-leading rebounder (5.3 rpg), played in just eight games this season due to injury.
--Junior guard Janelle Hubbard scores a team-high 15.8 points per game and has a team-high 26 3-pointers.
--Sophomore guard Micaela Parson averages 12.3 points, shoots 43.1 percent from beyond the arc and leads Richmond with 2.9 assists per game.
--Freshman forward Salita Greene pulls down a team-high 5.7 rebounds per game, while sophomore forward Karleigh Wike is close behind with 5.4 rpg.
--Sophomore guard Kylie Murphree leads Richmond with 38 steals.

THE SLU-RICHMOND SERIES
--Richmond, the opponent in Saint Louis' first A-10 game Jan. 3, 2006, leads the series 7-4 overall and 4-1 in St. Louis (3-0 at Chaifetz Arena).
--The Spiders have won two straight and six of the last seven meetings.
