Saint Louis forward Carly Kissinger tallied two goals against Longwood as the Billikens fell 6-2. The defeat drops SLU to 0-2 on the year.

- Carly Kissinger scored her first goal of the season in the 15th minute, finishing a cross from Maya Bentley in front of the cage. 
- Kissinger tallied her second goal in the 52nd minute. She entered the circle, split the defense and dribbled around the keeper to score.

- Kissinger's two goals are the first multi-goal performance for the Billikens since she scored a pair of goals against Appalachian State on Oct. 10, 2015.
- Kissinger fired five shots against Longwood, matching a personal best also recorded against Appalachian State on Oct. 10 of last season.
- Molly Feid took three shots, two of which were on goal.
- Goalie Jessie Bryan played every minute of the season half, recording seven saves and allowing only one goal on 16 shots faced. 
- Caitlin Gibson and Katie Moss each took a shot on goal in the game. 

The Billikens head to Iowa City, Iowa for a pair of contests. The play Fairfield on Sep. 3 and Iowa on Sep. 4. Both contests are slated to begin at 11:30 a.m.
