-- Saint Louis picked up a crucial 2-1 victory at Fordham on Saturday night.

-- It was the Billikens' second win in a row. They improve to 6-8-1 overall and 3-4 in A-10 play. Fordham dips to 10-4-2 overall and 4-2-1 in the league.

-- Following a scoreless first half, Saint Louis got on the board in the 49th minute on a goal by Patrick Sarr, his second of the season. Anthony Brown and Saadiq Mohammed earned assists on the play.

-- SLU went up 2-0 in the 60th minute on a Fordham own goal.

-- Fordham cut into the Billikens' lead in the 81st minute when Bart Dziedzic scored, but SLU held on down the stretch to post the victory.

-- Fordham was awarded a penalty kick in the 85th minute, but the attempt sailed wide.

-- SLU keeper Sascha Otte was sharp in goal, making four saves, including a dazzling stop late in the first half.
