TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Saint Louis captured women’s and men’s team titles at the Indiana State University Relay Meet Saturday, Dec. 2.

 

The Billiken women scored 214 points to edge second-place Indiana State (200). Eastern Illinois and Maryville also competed. The Billiken men tallied 228 points, easily defeating Eastern Illinois and Maryville.

 

The SLU women won five events:

• 300 fly relay (Katie Schmude, Mina Glenesk, Savannah Nichols) – 2:54.25

• 800 free relay (Natalie Daniel, Mina Glenesk, Erica Morris, Elaine Mahon) – 7:46.80

• 1-meter diving relay (Kalley Schwab, Kolbe Schendl) – 409.65

• 500 free relay (Mary First, Morgan Parkinson, Olivia Wanasek, Lindsey Turner) – 4:49.31

• 3-meter diving relay (Kalley Schwab, Kolbe Schendl) – 405.08

 

Saint Louis won 10 events in men’s competition:

• 300 fly relay (Grant Streid, Isaiah Williams, Ryan McCoy) – 2:29.09

• 300 back relay (Keegan Paulson, Stephen Cole, T.J. Halliburton) – 2:45.17

• 300 breast relay (Luke Van Gorp, Collin O'Brien, Justin Mars) – 2:54.06

• 800 free relay (Tyler Guist, Peter Hurst, Christian L'Italien, Scott Street) – 7:10.17

• 500 free relay (Michael Kehoe, Mitch Ellis, Andy Maginn, Kevin Daniels) – 4:19.43

• 400 medley relay (T.J. Halliburton, Justin Mars, Isaiah Williams, Ryan McCoy) – 3:19.98
