SAINT LOUIS - [BOX SCORE] Saint Louis University Baseball salvaged the weekend series against Davidson with authority. The Billikens hit two home runs on the day as they ran away with an 11-3 win over the Davidson Wildcats.

Saint Louis (30-17, 15-3 A-10) put together an impressive offensive display on getaway day. The Billikens plated 11 runs on 11 hits with two home runs on the way to a lopsided decision on Sunday.

The Billikens began their offensive strike in the first inning. Cole Dubet singled and reached second on a wild pitch before Nick Reeser walked to put runners on first and second with one out.

Jake Garella plated the first run of the game with a single down the right field line to put the home team up 1-0. A Parker Sniatynski sacrifice fly shortly thereafter made it 2-0.

James Morisano picked-up where the Billikens left off in the first. The senior clubbed an RBI double in the second, the first of two runs in the inning, and Saint Louis never looked back.

Parker Sniatynski hit his seventh home run of the season, a two-run shot in the third, to make it 6-0. Nick Reeser also recorded a two-run homer in the fourth as the Billikens never let their foot off the gas.

Drew Reveno picked-up his eighth win of the season in a solid five-inning performance. The junior allowed just two runs on three hits with five strikeouts. Connor Lehmann also figured in the decision with a four-inning save.

Saint Louis will have a much-deserved week of recovery before they head to Olean, N.Y. to take-on the Bonnies of St. Bonaventure. First pitch of Friday’s scheduled doubleheader is set for 11:00 a.m. CDT.
