BILLIKEN OUTLOOK

Saint Louis enters their second weekend of Atlantic 10 Conference play with an 11-16 record (1-2 in the A-10). They took one-of-three from Dayton on March 22-24.

RHP Connor Lehmann will take the mound in the series opener on Friday for his eighth start of the season. He's 2-4 with a 3.79 ERA. Lehmann has struck out 45 batters in 35.2 innings.

The Billikens will give RHP Cody Luther the ball on Saturday. His 2.54 ERA is second on the team amongst starters. Luther is 3-2 with 37 strikeouts in 39.0 innings pitched.

Jackson Wark gets the start for the team in the series finale on Sunday. He's 1-2 on the season with a 2.28 ERA. Wark has struck out 31 batters in 27.2 innings.

At the plate, two Billikens are hitting for a better than .300 clip.

Freshman Cam Redding is batting a team-leading .339 average. His .481 OBP is also tops on the Bills.

Corrigan Bartlett smacked two doubles on Tuesday at Mizzou, bringing his total to seven on the year. He's second on the team with a .301 batting average, and he leads Saint Louis with 17 runs scored.

SCOUTING THE MINUTEMEN

Friday afternoon will mark UMAss' home opener in 2019. The Minutemen are 6-15 on the season, 1-5 in conference play. They took one-of-three from Dayton and were swept by VCU.

RHP Justin Lasko will make his team-leading seventh start of the year on Friday. He's 1-3 with a 4.33 ERA. The righty has 38 strikeouts in 35.1 innings.

UMass will start Jack Steele on Saturday afternoon. It'll mark his second start on the season. The right-hander is 1-1 with a 4.20 ERA. Steele has pitched 15.0 innings this year, striking out ten opposing batters.

Sean Harney and his team-leading 2.18 ERA will take the bump on Sunday. He's 1-2 with 24 strikeouts in 33.0 innings pitched.

With a .304 batting average, the Minutemen are led by Nolan Kessinger. He's smacked 17 hits, including one home run, and has 12 RBIs.

Anthony Videtto is hitting for a .297 batting average, with five of the hits going for doubles. He's driven in nine runs and scored nine of his own.
