ST. LOUIS - The Saint Louis Billikens swept the La Salle Explorers 25-18, 25-23 and 25-18 on senior night. The Bills are now 10-18 overall and 4-9 in the Atlantic 10. Freshman Anna Church had a double-double with 12 kills and 11 digs. It is the third double-double of her career and the second in as many days.

In the match, the Billikens hit .380 as a squad and had four athletes hit over .350 with 10 or more attacks. The Explorers were held to a .192 hitting percentage.

Church led the way for SLU with 12 kills without an error, notching a .522 hitting percentage. Sophomore Lauren Baumet (seven kills, one error, .429 hitting percentage), freshman Megan Gilbert (11 kills, four errors, .368 hitting percentage) and senior Aleksandra Niemiec (eight kills, no errors, .364 hitting percentage) were also strong on the offensive end.

The Billikens also had three players with double-digit digs. Junior Grace Bonoma topped the list with 17 digs. Niemiec and Church each added 11 digs.

Saint Louis will return to action on Nov. 10 when they travel to Indianapolis to take on Butler. First serve is set for 4:00 p.m.
