ST. LOUIS - Saint Louis volleyball will welcome back former players for an Alumni Match Saturday, Aug. 18, at Chaifetz Pavilion. The match will begin at 4 p.m.

Former Billikens planning to participate are Ashley Gaillot, Mia Karges, Colleen (Hunter) Laure, Megan Boken, Jessica (Poorbaugh) Fahrenhorst, Sarah Entzeroth, Sutton Lasater, Jessica Kmitta and Angela Powers. SLU alumnus and former assistant coach Corey Arbini will coach the alumni team as it takes on the 2012 Billikens.

The price of admission is a donation to the Billiken volleyball program, with free admission for volleyball alumni. All alumni will be recognized at the match, and an alumni social gathering will be held at Humphrey's from 6-8 p.m.

"We are hoping to start a tradition of having an alumni match every year to start the season," head coach Kent Miller said. "We have a good core of alumni already committed to play this Saturday. It should be a competitive, fun match."
