Also, SLU connected on 50.9 percent (29-of-57) from the floor - its best mark in an A-10 game this year - giving the Billikens consecutive 50-percent shooting performances for the first time this season. The Bills shot 50 percent against Butler.
• Loe's 5-of-9 shooting effort included a 3-of-6 performance from beyond the arc, and he was 4-of-5 from the foul line. His six rebounds helped the Billikens edge the Flyers 31-29 on the glass.
• Dwayne Evans netted 15 points (6-of-9 FG, 3-of-3 FT) and hauled in a game-high seven rebounds. Kwamain Mitchell was 3-of-5 from long range in his 12-point tally, and Jordair Jett (4-of-6 FG, 3-of-3 FT) scored 11 points while adding a game-high six assists and five rebounds.
• After forcing Butler into 23 turnovers on Thursday, Saint Louis pressured Dayton into 21 miscues and took full advantage. The Billikens, who committed just 12 giveaways, outscored the Flyers 30-9 in points off turnovers.
• Eleven of UD's 21 turnovers were the result of Saint Louis steals, giving the Billikens a double-digit theft total for a fifth consecutive outing.
