Billikens Take on La Salle in Wednesday Matinee

BILLIKENS LOOK FOR PHILADELPHIA SPLIT - Saint Louis (10-13, 4-4 A-10) will try to rebound from Sunday's narrow defeat at Temple when the Billikens face La Salle (7-16, 3-5 A-10) Wednesday, Feb. 13, at Tom Gola Arena in Philadelphia. Tip time is 11 a.m. (CT).

LAST TIME OUT - Jacy Bradley and Desirae Ball combined to score 32 points, but Saint Louis came up on the short end of a 54-50 decision at Temple Feb. 10. Bradley scored 19 points on 7-of-14 shooting, including three 3-pointers. She added a team-high-tying five assists and a game-high and career-high-tying four steals. Ball tallied 13 points. Lorreal Jones grabbed a game-high 10 rebounds, her fifth consecutive double-figure effort. Courtney Webb tossed in nine points, and Mallory Eggert tied Bradley for team-high honors with a career-high five assists.

BILLIKEN LEADERS - SLU features a balanced offensive attack, with five players averaging between 8.4 and 11.6 points. Lorreal Jones leads the way at 11.6 ppg, followed by Jacy Bradley (9.6 ppg), Desirae Ball (9.1 ppg), Courtney Webb (8.8 ppg) and Mallory Eggert (8.4 ppg). Jones also tops the SLU charts in rebounding (8.6 rpg), offensive rebounding (3.3 orpg) and field goal shooting (.469). Eggert pulls down 6.0 rebounds per game, with Bradley and Halee Castleman tied for third at 4.2 rpg. Bradley averages a team-high 4.7 assists. Webb and Bradley lead the Bills in 3-pointers with 33 and 30, respectively.

SCOUTING LA SALLE - The Explorers' 58-53 defeat at Xavier Feb. 10 extended their losing streak to three. Atlantic 10 leading scorer Brittany Wilson (18.3 ppg, 6.5 rpg, league-leading 107 free throws made) missed those three contests and is out for the season due to injury. Shanel Harrison averages 11.4 points and 6.4 rebounds and has a team-high 35 steals, while Ebonee Jones checks in with 10.9 points and 5.0 boards. Karynda Dupree has rejected 35 shots.
