ST. LOUIS – Saint Louis junior swimmer Ryan McCoy has been named the Atlantic 10 Conference men’s swimming and diving co-Performer of the Week, the league office announced today.

McCoy competed at the AT&T Winter National Championships over the weekend, leading the Billikens to a fifth-place finish overall. At the meet, he broke his own school record in the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 47.07. Additionally, McCoy turned in the fastest 50-yard and 100-yard butterfly splits in Billiken history. He also competed in the 500-yard freestyle, placing 27th with a time of 4:29.72.

The Billikens are about to begin winter training, but will return to Simon Rec Center on Jan. 13 when they host Lindenwood-Belleville and Eastern Illinois at 5:30 p.m.
