ST. LOUIS – Saint Louis head baseball coach Darin Hendrickson has announced the elevation of Will Bradley to associate head coach. Bradley, the Billikens’ recruiting coordinator, and primary hitting coach, has been at SLU for 10 seasons.

"I am happy to announce the elevation of Will Bradley to the position of associate head coach," Hendrickson said. "Will has been an invaluable member of our inaugural staff for ten years. He has helped build our team athletically, academically and in the community. Our team has been a model of consistency inside Atlantic 10 Conference play and he plays a great role in helping us succeed daily."

At Saint Louis, Bradley has been instrumental to the success of the Billikens’ baseball program. He was on staff during the school-record 41-win seasons of 2012 and 2013. Bradley also coached Zach Miller and Braxton Martinez, who each earned Freshman All-America honors. He oversaw the development of outfielder Alex Kelly, who earned All-America accolades in 2013. Bradley coached 18 Billikens who have gone on to professional baseball careers.

Under Bradley's tutelage, the Billiken offense has reached new heights. The 2015 season saw the Billikens hit .307, the fifth-highest average in Saint Louis history. The 2010 team set SLU records with 436 runs scored, 394 RBIs and 121 doubles. Since Bradley took over hitting coach duties in the 2008 season, the Billikens have set records in runs, hits, doubles, RBIs and total bases. He also coaches the defense and has overseen record-setting seasons in putouts and assists.
