ST. LOUIS – Saint Louis track and field is set for the 2019 Atlantic 10 Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships, which will be held Saturday and Sunday at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, Massachusetts.

Saturday's action begins at 7:45 a.m. (CT). The meet continues Sunday beginning at 8:15 a.m. (CT).

Several Billikens enter the meet among the top five in the A-10 in their respective events. Sarah Reich is the A-10 leader in the javelin and will compete in the event Saturday afternoon. Amanda Baker, ranked fourth in the heptathlon, gets underway in that event Saturday morning.

Manuel de Backer will be competing in his final A-10 Championship. Already an owner of 10 medals in indoor and outdoor track and field combined, he enters Saturday morning’s 10,000 meters ranked second and Sunday afternoon’s 5,000 meters fifth in the league. Additionally, Ben Naeger is fourth in the A-10 in the 10,000 meters.

Katie Wissing is second on the A-10 performance list in the women’s triple jump, while Ethan Erusha ranks fourth on the men’s side. The triple jump will take place Sunday morning.

Ann Harlos ranks third and fourth in the 100 and 400-meter hurdles, respectively. The trials for those events take place Saturday afternoon, with the finals being run on Sunday.
