Saint Louis received goals from Ben Huels and Leo Novaes in a 2-0 Atlantic 10 Conference men's soccer victory over George Mason Wednesday night at Hermann Stadium.
The Billikens push their winning streak to four games and improves their record to 7-3 overall and 4-0 in the league. George Mason dips to 3-8-1 and 2-1 in the A-10.
Freshman goalkeeper Patrick Schulte made three saves for the shutout, the fifth of his career. The Billikens have yet to allow a goal in four A-10 games.
Huels tallied his second goal of the season to put the Billikens on the board in the 44th minute. Jacob Goyen assisted on the game-winning goal.
Novaes' insurance marker came in the 56th minute off an assist by Patrick Wilkinson. It was Novaes' team-leading fifth goal of the year.
Saint Louis continues A-10 play on Saturday when it heads to La Salle to face the Explorers in a 6 p.m. (CT) kick.
