Saint Louis fell 8-17 to UMass in the series finale on Sunday afternoon.

The Minutemen scored in all but two innings on the day, including scoring five in the third and fifth.

Junior Jake Garella led the Billikens with three hits, going 3-5 with one RBI and one run scored.

Cam Redding finished the contest 2-4 with two RBIs and three runs scored.

Senior Shane Benes drove in two runs for the second consecutive game, going 1-4 on the afternoon.

Starting pitcher Luke Matheny lasted 2.0 innings, allowing five runs on six hits and striking out two.

The Billikens will look to bounce back against SEMO on Tuesday evening at Billiken Sports Center.
