Saint Louis opened its 2019 field campaign on Sunday against Colgate in Mt. Pleasant, Mich., falling 4-1.

The Billikens (0-1) stay in Michigan to play host Central Michigan on Monday morning at 10 a.m. (CT).

SLU freshman Megan Rice opened the scoring just one minute, 49 seconds into the match when she scored unassisted for her first collegiate goal.

However, Colgate scored a goal in each quarter thereafter to post the 4-1 victory, it’s first win of the season (1-1).
