WASHINGTON – The Atlantic 10 Conference will host 28 men’s and women’s basketball student-athletes this weekend at the league’s third annual Leadership Summit in Washington, D.C. Two student-athletes, one male and one female, from each of the A-10's 14 member institutions will participate.
Saint Louis University will be represented by Jordan Goodwin, a junior guard from Centreville, Illinois, and Myia Clark, a sophomore guard from Schaumburg, Illinois.

The student-athletes also will visit the Smithsonian’s National Museum of African American History and Culture and reflect on their experiences at the museum with
Former collegiate and NBA championship coach Kevin Eastman, who facilitated the summit in its first two years, will join the group on day two to lead breakout sessions and discussion on leadership culture.
The participants will have opportunities to interact with the presenters and with each other throughout the weekend. A unique aspect of the summit is the opportunity for fierce competitors on the basketball court to unite in their desire to become fierce leaders off the court.
