• The Billikens connected on three home runs on their way to their fifth straight victory, a 5-2 win over Purdue Fort Wayne Thursday afternoon at Billiken Sports Center in St. Louis, Mo.
• The Billikens improved to 6-6 on the season, while the Mastodons fell to 0-13.
SCORING
• Dominic Cusumano got the home run parade started with a solo shot to right field in the bottom of the second inning.
• Tyler Fogarty and Kyle Fitzgerald each launched solo home runs in the bottom of the third.
• The Mastodons tallied a run in the fourth on an RBI groundout.
• Mark Vierling singled home Matt Happ in the sixth, bringing the score to 4-1 in favor of the Billikens.
• PFW singled home a run in the seventh.
