ST. LOUIS - Sophomores Hailee Elmore (Springfield, Ill./Springfield) and Casey Miller (St. Louis/St. Joseph's) of the Saint Louis women's tennis team were selected to the Atlantic 10 All-Conference team by a vote of the league's head coaches. Elmore garnered a place on the first team and also was named to the Academic All-Conference squad, while Miller was chosen to the second unit.

Elmore, a second-team All-Conference choice in 2008, played No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles. She led the Billikens with 19 singles wins and was second with 17 doubles victories. Elmore won eight of her last nine singles tilts, including a 2-0 mark at the A-10 Championship, to finish with a 12-8 dual-meet ledger. Halfway through her tenure, she ranks 17th in singles wins (40) and doubles wins (34) on the Saint Louis career lists.

Miller was the Bills' top doubles winner with 19 victories, a total that ties for fifth on SLU's all-time single-season chart and lifts her to 18th on the program's career list for doubles wins (32). She and Elmore enjoyed 10 dual-meet triumphs at No. 1, including two victories in three completed A-10 Championship matches. Miller added 15 singles wins, including 11 in dual meets at her primary No. 2 position.

The Billikens were the No. 8 seed at the A-10 Championship but exceeded expectations by placing fifth, their best finish in four seasons of A-10 membership. SLU won nine of its last 11 matches, including a 3-1 record at the conference tournament, to finish 13-11.
